What if the item I receive is damaged?
If the item you received is damaged, you must notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Please include your order number, date, shipping address, and a photo of the item.
Exchanges may be arranged for products of equal value. Refunds will only be made in the original form of payment.
